Chris Keohan worked as a senior staffer in political, field and finance departments for multiple local, state and federal campaigns.  Chris has served as senior advisor to Marty Walsh’s successful Mayoral campaign in Boston, and to Deborah Goldberg’s successful campaign for Treasurer. He also served as the Executive Director of Treasurer-Elect Goldberg’s transition team. He is a nationally recognized and often awarded campaign professional with wins at the local, state, and federal levels.   A 2003 graduate of Boston College, he has worked on campaigns in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Virginia, as well as traveling to 35+ states performing advance work during multiple Presidential campaigns. Today, his expertise and offerings encompass far more than political strategy. Working with developers, financial institutions, contractors and a wide variety of other business interests Chris is providing strategic planning for projects that bring developments of all sizes to communities Across Massachusetts. He has served as a liaison to local boards and elected officials. He has developed outreach plans and grassroots strategies to ensure the success of local projects.

Joseph A. Giannino served over twenty years at the local, state legislative and state executive levels of government before entering the private sector. His background includes serving former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney as Legislative Director and working along-side the former Speaker of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, Thomas M. Finneran. Joe also worked as the Director of Government Relations -Educator Licensure for the Massachusetts Department of Education.  Elected to two terms as a Revere, Massachusetts City Councilor-At-Large, and a member of Revere’s School Committee for 6 consecutive years, he is also a licensed Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent and School Business Administrator in Massachusetts. Throughout his career, Joe has established lasting relationships which have led to noteworthy victories on behalf of his clients. Whether it is legislative or regulatory; fiscal or procurement related, Joe Giannino's respect, access and ability to nimbly navigate government is unrivaled.

Dianne began her career alongside freshman State Representative Marty Walsh, now Secretary of the US Department of Labor. From there, she led public policy and intergovernmental relations for Massachusetts public safety and public health agencies.  In those roles, she secured significant funding for operations and capital improvements, and policy changes to improve services to the Commonwealth's most vulnerable residents.  Shortly after Walsh became Mayor in 2014, she helped him build out Boston’s first-ever Economic Development cabinet.

 

 Dianne specializes in public safety, construction trades issues, and public health, an expertise cultivated over years in public policy, public administration, political campaigns and consulting.  She has worked extensively on Massachusetts cannabis concerns since decriminalization in 2008, through the introduction of medical marijuana in 2012 and the adult use industry currently underway.

Attorney Kevin F. Mulvey spent more than two decades working for and representing clients in the public service arena.  With experience as General Counsel for the Retailers Association of Massachusetts,  Principal at Fort Hill Advisors, and Principal at Dewey Square Group, as well as a variety of legislative and executive branch agencies, he’s developed and maintained key contacts and relationships with a lengthy history of successful accomplishments including state and municipal procurement awards for vendor service contracts, outdoor advertising, and energy services. Kevin devoted eight years to serve on the American Liver Foundation’s New England Board of Directors and six years as its President.  He served 10 years on the Reading Housing Authority Board of Directors, and as a Public Administrator for over six years in Middlesex County.

Joseph Rull is a seasoned government, political, development, and operations advisor. He began his career two decades ago as a liaison with the Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services, advancing to Special Assistant to the late Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino. He also worked for several state agencies, primarily in capacities related to development and real estate.

Rull has extensive political campaign experience, advising the campaigns of Mayors Menino and Martin J. Walsh, Governor Deval Patrick, Senators Elizabeth Warren and Ed Markey, and Congressman Stephen Lynch, to name a few. As Mayor Walsh’s Chief of Operations for the City of Boston, Rull oversaw all internal City Hall operations and a number of major city departments and personnel.

Rull founded MJR Consulting in 2015, a firm specializing in government and community relations, real estate development, permitting, licensing, and political strategy. With deep knowledge of the Boston Planning and Development Agency and its processes.

Ray is an accomplished campaign, policy, and government relations professional. He spent nine years as an aide to former Congressman Michael Capuano in his DC and Massachusetts offices before serving as a Senior Partnership Specialist and Congressional Specialist for the United States Census Bureau during the 2020 Census. For this work Ray was awarded the United States Department of Commerce Bronze Medal along with his colleagues on the Congressional Team, the highest honorary recognition awarded by the U.S. Census Bureau. He also served as the Government Affairs Manager for Veterans Inc., a non-profit veteran service organization that provides supportive services to veterans and their families across New England, Montana and North Dakota.

Matthew is responsible for the creative development and production of all design materials, including digital ads, social media posts, website design, brand development, mail pieces, print collateral, infographic design, animation, and more. His creativity and careful eye bring a superior level of professionalism to clients, ensuring that each brand is reflective of client goals, mission, and identity. Matt previously served as Production Designer for Life Is Good, where, in addition to his creative work, he established an advanced production process to increase efficiency and ensure consistent products at every turn. Matt also served as Lead Designer for The Atlantic (LIVE), leveraging his design talents to create an identity for each event – from stage design, to digital assets, to printed collateral, and more.

Stephanie has spent a majority of her career managing development programs that raise much-needed funds for non-profits and political campaigns. At The Greater Boston Food Bank, she was responsible for securing the organization’s first million dollar grant to create programs that better serve fresh, healthy food to children and families. Stephanie successfully engaged and increased both the Women Fighting Hunger and Kitchen Cabinet (young professional) committees during her time with GBFB. 
 

She has worked for numerous political candidates as a fundraiser including Massachusetts State Treasurer Deb Goldberg and former Congresswoman Niki Tsongas.
 

After becoming a mother, Stephanie became a founding partner of A Mom's Village in Peabody, MA. This small, woman owned business has won Best of the North Shore five years in a row for its dedication to fitness, support and education for moms and their children.

Shawn has had the pleasure of serving in a variety of consulting, digital media, and political communication roles for the campaigns of former Boston Mayor Marty Walsh, Congresswoman Katherine Clark, State Treasurer Deb Goldberg, along with multiple state legislative and municipal government candidates throughout Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire. In addition, Shawn continues to serve as chief executive officer of the Mass Retirees Association.

La Nita Ann Dykes is a seasoned strategist with a distinguished history of spearheading winning campaigns across Massachusetts. With her successful 20 year background in sales, distribution, and marketing as an executive sales director overseeing four states with 150 employees, she expertly transitioned 10 years ago to showcasing her political acumen at the local, statewide and national levels.  Dykes led the New England chapter of Women for Biden, overseeing hundreds of volunteers and millions of phone calls into GA, PA, WI, MI and AZ for the 2020 Presidential Election. As campaign manager, Dykes secured mandate victories for the first female Mayor of Haverhill and the first Muslim woman on the Newburyport City Council, among others.  In 2022, she served as a senior advisor on a winning campaign for state auditor and was an integral member of the strategy team that led to the passage of Question 2, the Medical Loss Ratios for Dental Insurance Plans Initiative, illustrating her ability to navigate intricate policy landscapes across municipal and state governments.  She is an active member of the Massachusetts Democratic Party and has a steadfast commitment to nurturing future leaders in each of her campaigns.

Jill Warren is an attorney, government affairs professional, and entrepreneur who works and lives on Lake LBJ in Horseshoe Bay, Texas; on the family farm in Tarkio, Missouri; and in our nation’s capitol of Washington, DC. Jill has practiced business litigation and appellate law as an Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer. Texas Attorney General (now senior US Senator) John Cornyn appointed Jill to be his Special Assistant Attorney General and Policy Director where Jill shaped state and federal policy for the agency, and was the liaison between the State of Texas and the National Association of Attorneys General. She also represented the State of Texas in litigation matters, including legislative and congressional redistricting, Public Information Act prosecutions, and enforcement of the multi-billion-dollar tobacco industry settlement. For more than 20 years, Jill’s government affairs and business consultancy has represented aerospace and defense companies, health care systems, financial institutions, utilities, technologists, tort reform coalitions, and human rights causes at the state and federal level.
